We love pets!

We know people love their animals, and we want them to be a part of your life!  For the purpose of this page, the term 'animal' applies to free roaming animals such as cats and dogs, and also applies to cage, tank, or aquarium animals such as fish, birds, reptiles, gerbils, hamsters, etc.

Most animals are okay, except for certain breeds of dogs that are not permitted due to insurance requirements.  Examples include pit bulls, rottweilers, chows, and wolf cross breeds.

We have a limit of 2 animals per rental unit.  A tank, cage, or aquarium is counted as 1 animal.

Animal breeding is not permitted.  All dogs and cats must be spayed/neutered prior to being approved.  Veterinarian documentation is required.

There is a one-time, up front registration fee of $150 per animal.  There is also a charge of $25 per animal added to the monthly rent payment plan. $13 per payment for the bi-weekly or bi-monthly rent payment plan.
